Where does it show my contract end date?

I've got a feeling my contract is up shortly, but I've looked in my account area and can't see it specified. It wasn't on the bill either. Where should I be looking?

When I log into my account the home page shows the contract details, start and end dates etc.

I have seen reports on the forum that some customers are having problems with this page not displaying correctly, maybe you have this problem which Plusnet are investigating.

I know the last time that I looked at my account on the customer portal it gave details both of the length of my contract and the end date. Thought I'd just double check before replying but there is a problem at the moment ( discussed here ) and I get kicked out as soon as I try to login in

You might try another browser. Firefox refused to display PN account data after about v.70 and had to use Edge or Chrome which worked fine, gave up FF early this year and now using Vivaldi for privacy and have no problems.

OK, thanks - I was on Chrome, but the mobile version, which I've noticed does not always display all sites correctly. I'll try with the desktop version later. It seems like I might have encountered a "known" problem - thanks for reassuring me I'm not going crazy!

Haha! Thanks for that! I've now got the "immediate logout" problem too, so can't double-check what I think I didn't see.

The PN portal is several orders of magnitude beyond sad these days !

Instant logout eh ? Excellent. I tend to have the opposite problem. Click on 'more' to get additional options to display, said options including 'logout' are then displayed. However ... even thinking about moving the mouse to click on 'logout' let alone actually trying to do so instantly closes the displayed list of possible additional options :lol:

Logging out is therefore a constant challenge of finding the 'right' combination of keystrokes to manually navigate to somewhere the 'logout' option is displayed and then clicking on it before it mysteriously disappears again pdq !

As for contract end date it should be on the A/C 'home' page ... mine had been 1st January 1970 for several years but now nothing is found. In fact much of old portal info is either missing, wrong or displayed as some form of error message. Every time I regrettably feel the need to login for something or other, it's much the same albeit with different bits not working, other than logout which hasn't displayed properly or worked reliably for absolutely ages. At least that's consistent :rolleyes:

Your contract is for your broadband and your line rental. All other products can be changed month to month.

OK,, it was late when I looked, but I'm positive I couldn't have missed ALL of that, so I seem to be experiencing one or more of the problems elsewhere reported. Not sure if there's one or many, but can't review the a/c at all at present.

I can do most thins there except look at Offers & Upgrades - the rest is fine for me.
