Home page after log in is redirecting to Plusnet's home page, not my home page.
"Manage my Account" is just showing extremely basic details of name, address, telephone number and user name - nothing about the contract itself.

General reply.
I am also having problems withy the plusnet pages or specifically just after logging in. Various things about your status are on the screen for about a second, they are then replaced by the black footer..
I have used about 4 different browsers in windows and tried Linux as well. all the same.
However I did find a way that partially gets round it but you have to be very quick. Refesh the page and use the mouse to click on the links in the details that are showing. You can then navigate to most of the pages and they all work.
Interesting that Plusnet have taken nearly a year to (fail to) solve this problem.

I've just logged in and looked at my account and several other pages. All working normally for me.

For a couple of yrs could not access bills using Firefox, had to use Edge. Now with Vivaldi, contract details quickly open on my home page, as do bills and phone details. However the site usually has some problem, like PN's great renewal offer which takes 25 seconds to open then says it's no longer available ...

Thank you. I was sharing my experience of about a week ago. I have logged on this morning and it is working perfectly for me in my default browser which is Brave.
At least I know now when my current deal ends.

I haven't checked again for a week or two, but last time it was definitely still unresolved - and confirmed by a visit to the forums.
Yes, I have this exact symptom - my account home shows very briefly, before being obscured by the black banner, which I believe is actually meant to be the page footer.
I'm not sure my reactions are fast enough to locate and click on a link before the opportunity is denied me!
I'm pretty sure my contract is not up for renewal until New Year at the earliest, so there's no desperate urgency.
But equally, I'm not very happy with the appearance it may never be fixed at all. Surely being able to view one's basic account info is not too much to ask!

You are quite right, it is working for me as of now (20th Nov.)
My contract ends in February. They're offering a Black Friday deal of faster fibre for less than I'm already paying, but I assume that will trigger a new 18-month lock-in. There doesn't seem to be a way to peruse the terms without hitting "Upgrade now".

Where is it broken out how much the line rental is?
When I go to the section for upgrades and offers available to me, it shows only the cost for the broadband element, which is meaningless, as I don't think you can opt out of landline provision anyway, unless you move to full fibre.
So what monthly landline rental should I be adding to the prices quoted?
