Please can anyone help

Has I have said in other posts I'm having trouble with my order for the Sky mid product after giving my MAC code and it been passed onto BT incorrectly and then having to cancel my order and reordering. Have just come off the phone to Sky C.S and I've been told that it says on her screen that the order managment team who I was escalated to are trying to order with BT but BT keep turning it down I said do you mean they are rejecting my order she said no they are just refusing but the order managment team keep on trying I kept on questioning her about this but got no joy. Has anybody any idea what she was on about? I finally gave up and came of the phone with an headache and not sure of my own name.

I had a similar problems but they never actually told me BT were rejecting all my orders. Took 3-4 months for them to tell me that :/

Activated now, maybe try calling BT and see what they have to say? Maybe they are doing work on the exchange. I noticed on BT order tracker I had alot of random orders that I didn't have a clue what they were for but as soon as I order Sky they all disappeared and only Sky's order was there.
