Sky webmail

Hi All,
I cannot seem to log into my webmail. I logon at Sky.com and then choose mail.
It redirects to
http://mail.tools.sky.com/
and then times out.
Anyone else having this problem?
Cheers,
NoOnions

This seems to be a recurring topic with Sky and I wonder if it's worth setting up an independent email!
Yahoo; Hotmail or preferably Googlemail - maybe even your own domain. At least then you will be independent from your ISP.

The 'secret' is to log out when you get to sky mail. Then you can log in again. This worked for me when I had problems.
I read somewhere that drinking was bad for me - so I gave up reading!

Oh yes, that works! How weird. If I leave the main Sky.com page logged in it does not let me access webmail.
