Since yesterday morning my connection speed has dropped off the face of a cliff. I was seeing 6.5-7.5Mbps but now I'm lucky to see 0.55Mbps.
Sometimes pages will load very slowly, other times they just time out.
Rang Sky support three times yesterday, each time advised to reboot the router, and the second time they adjusted the line speed down and advised I put on a new microfilter, which I did as I had a spare in the router box.
After each reboot the problem would resolve for about an hour, then return.
Ended up with them promising that 2nd line support would call me within 72hrs, the techie thought my router was the problem.
Anyone else experienced something similar? Sounds like they will probably send me a new router out, but would be good to hear if anyone else has had a similar problem
