As a extra point to make here.
I came from plusnet who have a QoS system designed to improve the customer experience, since moving to sky, when samknows speedtests run they are barely visible on my tbb graph, when on plusnet the affect on latency was much greater. Their QoS system I think gave me no benefit, I only really noticed benefit when adding my own QoS filters to the router myself.
