Speed drop 40M to 30M

After 3.5 years on the SKY FTTC service running at 40M, about 2 weeks ago my line dropped down to 30M and has remained there.

This happened around the same time IPV6 was added to the line and when I also had some building work causing the mains to be off and on.

What would you recommend I do, as just been on call to sky and its just a normal, check wiring and sorry "they" have no ability to adjust any of the FTTC settings.

what do I say to sky to get them to reset the speed?

Probably DLM reacting to the off/ons during building work and it should recover after a few weeks of stability

worth rebooting the router (once) after something like 2 weeks.
