Sky Broadband Unlimited Actual Use

[link to this post]

I have Sky Broadband Unlimited, not a fibre connection as despite being in a city, there is no fibre to my property. My Sky download speed is OK, but upload is just very slow. I don't live in the property all the time, say just 1 week per month, so I am thinking of ditching Sky and using mobile data options. What I really need to know is how much data I am actually using now to make sure I get the right data plan, but as I am on an unlimited package with Sky, I can't find anywhere to tell me my actual usage. I have logged into the router to see if any details of usage are recorded, but had no luck. Have I missed something? Is there a way to see how much data I am actually using?

Thanks

Matthew

Have you tried posting in the Mobile Broadband section of the forum, theres a couple of regular posters who have ditched land based solutions who might point you in the right direction ....

If you contact Sky, they will give you past monthly usage figures (not sure if they breakdown between D/L & U/L though - been a while since I last did this and can't find the results)
