Very Laggy/Certain websites not working

[link to this post]

I've been getting booted out of WoW (as you can imagine, huge amount of fun when you're going up a against a boss!) after a huge period of lag (6000ms+) and probably more importantly (to anyone who isn't a WoW player) every now and then I'm unable to access certain websites - just says "Page cannot be displayed" after a split second of trying to load it. These are pretty "stable" websites as well, things like Google or Somethingawful, and every time it's happened I've got someone else (on a different ISP) to check the site, and it works fine for them.

The router doesn't appear to be disconnecting, as it says it's been up for about 28 hours so far.

This is on Sky Connect, ie. the non-LLU one. Anyone got any ideas before I rip the Sky dish off the wall and send it hurtling towards Livingston?

Thanks in advance!
