I rang up the CST team and asked for it, DLM is useless, DLM capped me at 16.5mb, with Gaming Profile and SNR tweaked to 3dB i get the full 20mb. (2.1mb/sec)

I've also only seen the one post on skyuser, and if that's the same post I saw, there was a follow up post, by the person who's connection had been suspended - he rang back and was told the real reason was that he had a trojan on his PC sending out spam, and they reinstated the connection after he agreed to sort it out.

Thanks for that. I passed the info to my mate, who did the same and went from 9Mb to 19Mb smile

just an update to every one who helped me in the end vm gave me a 4 month half price on broadband so i stayed with them that's over now and ive finally ordered my new line with sky and the broadband unlimited package and got my N1 ready for activation just a quick question would i be better off waiting until the first 15days have passed or could i use it straight from day 1 thanks again for nay help

Safer to use the Sky supplied router during the training period, and also connect it if you're calling for support.
