He may well be talking about sync speed. I just wanted to point out that in some areas there are significant problems on the llu product that Sky are classing as minor. I also ought to have said anyone affected by peaktime slowdown on unlimited ought to raise a ticket about it with Sky support as in their own words " its the only way it will get looked at if enougth people complain"
