New connection, training not started

Hi, my sky broadband went live yesterday but according to the sky website �line testing is not currently in progress�.

Should I be contacting them to get this sorted, or am I just being super impatient and should wait for it to kick in at some point?

I really would not worry about that to much as long as your line started at around 4MB sync it would have started, i have had my Sky line for close to a year and mine has never said training started along with a few of my neighbors that have sky LLU.

Thanks. I kinda expected the speed to adjust overnight if training was happening but its remained as it was. Probably best that I stop checking it, sure it will start doing something at some point.

Mine did the same thing, it was a few days before training started. I did phone them (see the First 10 days thread), and I think they kick started it but I am not sure.

Thanks, just had a read through your thread. I think I may give it a couple of days before calling them, it�s not like its causing me issues being stuck at 4mb for a bit, I�m just curious as to what speed I can get. smile
