Ive lived around the UK, there appears to be a pattern of targeting areas, I always seem to see the sky salesman or the double act TT trying to get people on their unbundled services first. Sam knows is quicker than MAP here, still has my exchange as Mrkt 1, its two. Have emailed TBB (not checked for several days).

Sam site took 2 months to update TT in August 2010, however updated Sky on the day, though no date was put with it. (Newtown Powys)

Sky just enabled my exchange this month NSBLG.
Out of the blue had given up on them ever enabling my exchange have just signed up.
