Router stats query

I am using the 'official' Sky router and as the DMT Tool is no longer compatible with it, how can I find out my line stats ?

On Sky I am getting aprox 512 Kbps less on both the downstream and upstream channels and would like to check my line stats.

Which router? Does it have a stats webpage?

What stats specifically?

I assume you've tried http://192.168.1.1 with username admin and password sky ?

SNR margin as I have read that Sky use more conservative settings than most ISP's.

No when I try it I get:

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 192.168.1.1

Find your default gateway by typing ROUTE PRINT 0.0.0.0 at a command prompt.
That's the address to http:// to

Here's a picture of it although I don't know if more than one model of router has the same design ?

I did that and some text came up but it happened so quickly that I didn't see what was displayed !

I used to know a command that stopped the window containing the text from closing but I've forgotten it.

first open a command prompt using CMD

The command window shouldn't just flash up. How are you starting it?

Try it thro' Start -> Run and type "cmd" in its box. Then type IPCONFIG at the command prompt (it's simpler). Read off the "Default Gateway".
