New Line Stats.

Hi,
Just moved over to sky, any idea on what I'll end up with after my first 10 days with these stats.

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 15357 kbps 1101 kbps
Line Attenuation 29.5 dB 17.8 dB
Noise Margin 5.9 dB 8.3 dB

I would think around 12 - 15 mbps.

It'll probably settle around just over 14 mbps I think.

Obviously don't turn off the router etc.

16 Meg @ 6dB NM. It's about there now.

If today is day 1 I suspect DLM wasn't started on your line. I've not seen DLM connect someone at their max speed with 6dB noise margin. You seem to have missed the starting at 4Mbit and going up from there.

Leave it connected and you should find it doesn't change at all.

Currently i am sitting at the below, a good 3 meg faster on llu than the BT line i was on a week earlier smile

See if i can make 18 meg by the end of my 10 days.
