new sky install

Hey guys,

Had fibre installed yesterday and it seemed to go quite well, the young lad who installed it came from Kelly Coms and not from Openreach. got the fibre connected but had trouble with the phone line but all was sorted.
my question is that since it was installed the conection drops, last night the only way to get connection back was to reboot the router. when i switched the PC on this morning the conection had been reset an hour before, leaving the PC on the connection resetted again..around the hour mark however this time reconnection was instantanious so no need to reboot or rest the connection.
Is this normal behaviour for a new install or is this soemthing i should follow up?

Are the lights on the Openreach modem indicating it has dropped the VDSL link?

next time it drops i will have a look the bt modem as it is on the floor rather than my desk..

Just happened again right on cue, just over the hour of uptime, took the following screen shots and the only way to get it to going again was to manually disconnect and manually reconnect.
by the way the connection is via ethernet cable so nothing to do with wireless.

not sure what it could be but i might contact sky support to see if they can sort it..
