Anyone know what Sky's cooling off period is?
I'm not happy paying so much for so little gain but Sky are saying wait for 10 days and due to all the issues your line is not showing as active on Sky's system...
I'm worried that I will be stuck in a contract for 12 months and don't want to wait as sky have advised in case I run over the cooling off...
Just because the line is showing active on Sky doesn't mean it's not setup correctly, BT said its unlikely ill get better and he has everything setup on the 40/10 product...
