Thanks for getting back to me Andrew, is appreciated...

Just turned off my tunnel and the latency has dropped right back to where I would expect it to be...

I think it will be interesting to see what the graph looks like tonight when the masses get on...

I was using *Cough* modified firmware to pull those stats off, I re-flashed the stock firmware as part of the troubleshooting, but the Sky guy said it was one of the best lines he has seen and there was not an issue... If I get some time I will revert back to the modified and see what we have...

Considering even at 8Mbps throughput I still have reasonable speeds (despite a 24meg sync), in your opinion am I flogging a dead horse with sky in trying to get them to look at this again ?

I'd probably keep on pestering, but would not have it as my number one priority, it dropped under 4 Meg then would be jumping up and down, as I consider that a reasonable minimum (i.e. streamed TV still works)
