Sky Pro boards read only

For what it's worth, I requested that the Sky Pro boards be made read-only (as opposed to hidden) for non-Pro users: http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Setup-Connecti...

Hopefully (if enacted) that will help Pro users who, for whatever reason, cannot gain access to the information within. It may also be of value to potential customers who would like to see what kind of premium forum support is available.

I'm not holding out much hope, I think they would have done it by now if they intended to.

I'm afraid you have to pay for the Sky 'Pro' package to be eligible for the 'pro' benefits. You only get what you pay for, etc..

I didn't think any of the Pro users would be against everyone having read-only access on the Pro boards for the benefit of sharing the information within. I guess it won't happen then.

as I said earlier I wonder if this is something BE customers asked for, as they seem to enjoy been elitist.

There are more ex-O2 customers

I personally think Sky wanted it that way
