Understanding BQM Graph

I've been getting page loading or page timeouts for about 2 months now there is nothing wrong with my connection having spoken to support after all the testing they asked for but the issue still continues, anyway I'm moving to another provide next week but I thought I'd generate a BQM and understand the graph as I don't full understand it which is provided below, any members happy to share thier understanding are most welcome. Base line latency of around 35ms. Your location in the UK has an effect so if in Scotland it will be higher than say Berkshire.

The big yellow blips e.g. at 4:30pm if they coincide with you using your connection for streaming/downloading/uploading are normal.The smaller blips at 8am and 9am look more like web browsing picking up overnight email.

What do you make of the little packet loss?

Would have expected it to be worse if you are seeing page stalls.

What level of loss do you see from ping -n 1000 www.thinkbroadband.com (run in a command prompt)

The results are excellent

Ping statistics for 80.249.99.130:
Packets: Sent = 1000, Received = 999, Lost = 1 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 34ms, Maximum = 76ms, Average = 36ms

MIght just be the odd random packet that is too slow for the response rather than actually lost.

We mark packets lost after not seeing response in 500ms

May be security software on your PC interrupting HTTP traffic etc.
