Hi,
I'm looking for some advice regarding a charge that I have found on my account when my previous broadband company was purchased by Sky and I became a Sky customer when the service switched.
The last month that I was with BE Broadband I was charged £135.20, when I had previously been paying £22.40 per month for unlimited usage. I've only just noticed this payment when scanning my bank statements for tax return purposes.
Anyone heard of this happening before or have an idea what the charge might relate to. I have phoned Sky but they have told me that they cannot access any billing information for the previous company, despite Sky having apparently made the purchase back in 2013.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Regards,
J.
