Is there any way to contact Sky apart from the phone?
Have tried numerous links that just go round in circles!
There is meant to be a webchat, but it never seems to be available.

There is meant to be a webchat, but it never seems to be available. My experience also. Although I did have a useful chat before my service went live, chat now seems to be perma-unavailable. Occasionally, the Chat button silently appears, but when I click on it, the popup says it's unavailable again. Grrr...

Thanks for that.
Don't know why they don't give this out, as it would save a lot of hassle.

That's the email address for the executive support team, unfortunately there's no general customer services email. They used to have some kind of ticket system but unfortunately they only seem to want to deal with broadband enquiries over the phone these days.

At least the phone wait times aren't as long as Plusnet.
It never ceases to amaze me how communication companies can't communicate effectively.

Yes. But it works, with a reply usually within a couple of days
Sorry, I gave up being a general customer some years ago after I got sick of waiting on the end of phone lines for all the big companies who never ceased telling me how unusually busy they were, and how important my call was
Now, when I need service unless it is readily available I email the chief exec asking if an assistant can look into my problem. Provided you are polite, it works, and I've never been told to shove off
This is useful
