new customer, anyhow, very randomly i get ping spikes, it could be anywhere from 5 mins to 20 mins, i have pingplotter open and it shows that the latency spikes are at hop 4, is hop 4 to sky?
Hop 4 isn't going to be the same for everyone. So, do a tracert to somewhere like google.co.uk when the link is working and when it is having issues and then compare the two.
