You should see the change in the line speeds, however once it has been fixed I'll post a note here to let you all know.

I just had a call from Zen, mine is now working. Hitting in at 6mbps.

No joy on my line either. I received comms from Zen tech support last week saying that the issue was "the BT equipment hasn't reset the profile to allow the faster upload speed. Please be assured that this is in the process of being resolved".

My line is meant to be upgraded to 80/20 next week anyway, so I'm left wondering whether this regrade will work, or will be thwarted by the BT issue.
