According to samknows, I can't see any LLU operators at your exchange...

So do you have LLU at your exchange, OPAL for example? If so, it's a good idea to move at least one line to them. Although given Plusnet's move to dedicated WBMC, you may find relief is at hand anyway (which you probably know a lot about).

Latest info I've been told is that BT back haul capacity upgrade for my area isn't coming until end of Feb now.

That is correct.

We moved a few to a less congested SVLAN which has helped but it is a cat and mouse game as this has been done a few times already.

How many times do you need to be told the same thing?

Zen use Vodafone LLU or BTW.

If there is no Vodafone LLU on the exchange they use BTW for FTTC/ADSL2

May i ask where you found out that Zen use Vodafone (ex C&W) LLU backhaul where is there is no Zen LLU at exchange? because when i called Zen this morning they told me they don't use Vodafone LLU at all....its either Zen LLU or BT 21CN network.
