Well, that is what I was told long ago by Zen staff and it came up here in

This thread at Zen

It is no coincidence either that when a friends Zen LLU connection goes down there is a C+W / Vodafone outage.

When I looked into this before it appeared that Zen's LLU is connected to their network via C&W Backhaul.... however they do not supply service 'from' C&W LLU equipment...

That would appear to be the case, as my exchange has C &W llu in it, but no Zen LLU is why i am on btw they will just use /rent voda's back haul links
