Have you tired changing the wireless 2.4GHz from Auto channel to 13 for example, As it sounds like is deregistration/disconnect clients before it moves from 6 to 11 to keep it from a noisy wireless channel.

I'm currently on that version. Its been happening since we moved to Zen and I know the box has upgraded a few versions over those three months, but thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to try playing with the channels and see if I have success that way.
