Hi
How is it like? Seems some DDOS probs, but then I suppose any provider can have that. How good is Usenet?
What I can't seem to find an answer to is: What happens if one goes over 3GB peak allowance? What does 'carried over next month' entail? Does one pay for any extra that is carried over to next month, or does it come out of next month's allowance? If one pays for it, then how much is it per GB?
Cheers.

I asked the same thing and Olly explained that you can carry over up to 10Gb extra to get rid of it over a little more time if you do go over.
Quite the logistics of it I'm not sure.

Basically, with Home 3 you work within the following rules:
o) You get +3GB added to your allowance every month
o) The maximum allowance, unless you specifically *pay* for more, is +3GB
o) Your 'credit limit', as it were, is -10GB

But how does one get rid of it. Using less than the allocated allowance (eg: using 2.5GB out of 3GB each month), or perhaps paying by installments, ie paying a fraction of the amont due each month?..

How long to you get to "pay back" the 10Gb??

There is no 'hard' limit. but within a year is acceptable.

Oooh, just text then? Oh well, can't have every thing. Thanks anyway.

Plenty of time then

Well, it's not like it could be less than three months.

Provided you've cleared the usage by the time you have to leave - or go over the 10GB limit and have to pay more, I cant see there being any real problem
