I guess yours is a different model to mine (P660HW-T1 V2) then.
I assume W AD V gave TI AR7 for Near End and 0 or some such for Far End (the MSAN/DSLAM).
If you just got the command options list from W AD FAR, then your router didn't recognise W AD FAR at all... just the W AD part.
The CLI just shows available command options for any part which it does recognise, so you got the list of available options for W AD -- i.e. if you just type ? then you'll see all top level commands... type W(an) and you'll see the list of Wan commands available (atm, adsl, node etc), or if you type W(an) AD(sl) then you'll see available options for the ADSL interface, and so on.
If Farituid IS in the W AD list then it should have at least worked, even if it returned 0, but if it's not then you have a different command set to mine, in which case you could look for anything else to do with ITU or ID.
Failing that, it might be worth looking in the W AT(m) commands to see if there's anything there -- I only get Test and VCHunt there, but yours may be different.
Otherwise, I'm out of ideas I'm afraid - I'm picking all this up as I go along myself - sorry.
[edit] Just another thought - might be worth trying the W AD DIAG command if you have that, and plowing through the results if they're like mine... seems to run almost all WAN commands one after another, so if any of them return any vendor info you might be able to spot it in the results.
