A&A are great

Switched to A&A in the last month or so and been really impressed so far.

Line works well, support available via irc, support people actually know what they're talking about and aren't checklist obsessed like some other ISPs I could mention.

The pre-configured router was a nice touch that's been working well for me.

I'm currently switching from using NAT to multiple IP addresses and A&A have made it particularly painless so far.

They're actually willing to provide status information that might make them look bad, like emails when your line goes down.

I could quibble on a few minor things - eg) my install was delayed by BT and I'd have appreciated slightly more email updates, but overall top marks.
