Current Customer: have we been informed of the tariff chg?

Have current customers been informed of the new tarriff changes? I dont recall receiving an email or any form of notification. I have just tried to change my tariff using links in other posts, but can't see how to actually change it?

I received notification with my Invoice which was emailed to me today.
