Service and BH question

[link to this post]

Hi,

Since experiencing daily disconnections with BT I moved to A&A.
This has been one of the best moves I've done. Service is fantastic and being able to check usage / being notified when my connection has dropped (very rarely now) is great.
I can't recommend A&A highly enough. Thanks to the forum member that first suggested I join A&A, in what seems like a year or so ago!

Now on to my question. I was wondering how usage is dealt with on Bank Holidays, obviously with the Easter holiday fast approaching.
I am aware that the Christmas period was classed as Night Time usage. Is this the same for Bank Holidays?

Cheers

I don't know about the usage question but I absolutely agree that AA is an extremely good ISP. I moved over from BT (via O2 for a week) and whilst BT never gave me any issue, the extra info AA provide is very useful.

I put a new wireless router in last week and within 20 seconds of me switching off the old router, I got a text message telling me my line was down ! Now that's service.

I just hope AA doesn't get swallowed up by some faceless organisation like Freedom2Surf did ! (I was a F2S customer in the early days and AA feels very much the same sort of set up)

Bank Holidays are not usually treated any differently so Friday/Monday 9-6 will still be peak

That is, unless RevK is feeling generous like he is at Christmas smile
