Hello!
Posting here I know some customers may not notice otherwise
We're increasing the quotas for all ADSL/FTTC/G.FAST/FTTP customers, prices stay the same or go down.
* Home::1 300GB becomes 500GB
* Home::1 2GB becomes 5TB
* SoHo::1 300GB becomes 800GB
* SoHo::1 500GB also becomes 800GB
* SoHo::1 5TB becomes 8TB
Also, FTTP services are also being reduced by £5. More details on:

Whoops! That was meant to say: 2TB becomes 5TB

Will there be any increase on the L2TP services as well? or is it just the normal packages.

I also wonder this, regarding L2TP services.
I wish there were faster FTTP speed tiers too, but from what I understand there are good reasons for that not being possible.

amiga is looking at the Ofcom automatic compo that aaisp appear not to be on board with. Although they will take the automatic compo that Openreach pay them.
Whereas your link is aaisp trying to avoid using an Ofcom approved dispute resolution scheme.

Many moons ago, there was a Rev K blog about this topic and why AAISP had decided to go down this particular arbitration route.

I remember.
Fact is that aaisp seek to avoid using an Ofcom approved ADR process and are not signed up to Ofcom's automatic compensation scheme. Even though Openreach automatically compensate aaisp.
The support is closed during much of the residential peak hours and the products are expensive compared to the popular providers and have usage limits.
Of course, all this might be of benefit to some people.

I suspect that A&A's target market doesn't really need technical support and that the limited support hours are of little concern. I believe there's an out-of-hours pager system for major outages.
It is a little surprising that they stll impose usage limits, especially as the new standard quota is probably well above typical domestic usage.
I used them for many years for ADSL and rate them very highly for technical competence and their ethical approach to doing business (unlike some of the mainstream providers) but they're sadly too expensive for me nowadays.

Yes, we expect to increase it from next month, the details are still being decided.
