Just had one such glitch with AA and by the time I've got to my phone to check the service status they've already updated it within minutes.
These prompt service status updates are really appreciated, as otherwise I'd be rebooting my router etc just in case it was me. Previous ISPs have taken ages to update their status page, often only updating it when the problem has been solved or they don't update at all.
Anyway not many minutes later I'm back online without having to do anything my end.
