If it's just a question of authorising, then I suggest you temporarily turn on NAT, do the authorisation, then turn it off again. I would expect it to continue to work even after the device changes its IP address.
Otherwise, take it up with Netflix support. Your /27 is presumably static and they should be able to help you get up and running. However, you need to expect to bang your head against the wall to get through to someone with a clue; I guess less than 0.01% of Netflix customers are in your situation.
(Indeed, if it were me, I would still NAT all my "user" devices to a single IP, and use the rest of the subnet for servers)
