There was a widespread, prolonged (for some, still on going), and unusual issue with my local exchange. Lots of people have been struggling to get anywhere with their ISPs but A&A have handled it superbly.

Adrian, Shaun, and Co. really do care about the quality of service they provide.

There's plenty of customers and staff who hang out there who can usually answer any questions you have.

I can verify this as well, at a point when other isps would likely give up a&a persist and escalate things with BT if required to get a problem fixed.

No one has mentioned that upload traffic is not counted too.
