I was with Entanet Prior to their recent problems, and was satisfied with their provision

After the patchy service provided by Entanet recently I decided to migrate elsewhere,

Although not yet wired up I have received my preconfigured router complete with
credit card containing login details.
rang twice within 10 minutes both time I was answered within seconds and my queries were answered
the whole experience to date has been a happy one providing detail, professionalism and service
lets hope this is the norm.
I will update when more detail is available

Gone Live smooth and easy

Hi. recently joined too. Would be interesting to see your router stats. Are you in the Master socket and on wireless or Ethernet connection? What speed did you get from your last ISP? Of course it'll take a few days to settle down.

Please refer to the other sub tests within the OSC including the Status Check to confirm whether the circuit is currently in sync and logged on. If the circuit is currently out of sync please carry out internal wiring, filters, modem/router checks with the End User at the master socket where possible. The circuit is dropping sync which seems to be caused by errors. Please carry out internal wiring, filters, modem/router checks with the End User at the master socket where possible. To confirm whether the line is faulty please refer to the copper line test in OSC.The problem indicated by the prognosis statement may have been fixed or it was a temporary situation.

Based on your sync rate your BRAS should be 2Mb/s so I can get BT to update that now. (currently set at 1Mb/s)

May be worth seeing whether we can get BT to improve your line in some way! Let me know if you want us to investigate further by emailing support.
