Thinking of jumping ship from EntaNet

[link to this post]

I'm with EntaNet just now but considering a move to AAISP.

I've presently got a DrayTek 2600 router, would it be a good move replace with one of the Zyxel routers that AAISP recommend?

I also do quite a bit of work over my corporate VPN (Fortigate kit at the corp datacentre), is the AAISP service good for teleworking?

Given some of the recent issues they've been having, would it be a good move in the long term?

Cheers
Kev

AAISP have been fairly consistent over recent years.. I never found the reliability to be brilliant, but their attitude towards fixing faults quickly, towards customer service, towards new products and services, etc has always been superb.

I've not been with AAISP very long, but I'm very impressed with what I've seen so far. They've been helping me with a particularly tricky line problem. I think you would be better sticking to the Draytek router, but since the one A&A supply is a free loan, then you might as well try it (handy to have as a spare anyway).

Before you jump because of slow speeds etc check the AAISP status blogs. Its the same here at the moment!

Its a BT problem, with no definite time to fix!
