Line Syncs at 8128 down; IP profile (as confirmed by speedtester.bt.com) is 7150.
I ran some tests with my last ISP before migration, and stats are as follows:
Speedtest.net - London = 6.87Mbps
Speedtest.net - Maidenhead = 6.95Mbps
Speedtest.net - New York = 6.77Mbps
Speedtester.bt.com = 6556Kbps
Now with AAISP stats are as follows:
Speedtest.net - London = 5.66Mbps
Speedtest.net - Maidenhead = 5.08Mbps
Speedtest.net - New York = 4.87Mbps
Speedtester.bt.com = 5524Kbps
Whilst I appreciate that these speeds are still faster than the Governments 'targets', I find it a little disappointing that when everyone goes on about how great A&A is, that I'm actually finding it slower than before.
I didn't leave my last ISP because of performance, but because of cost - needed to save a few quid, but if I'd realised what I was sacrificing, I may have though twice about it.
Is there anything that I can do to get back to my old speeds (other than switching back)?
