Interleaving

Hi

I've had a good mooch about the various control panels and haven't managed to find it so thought i'd best ask, how do you turn interleaving off?

login to "clueless" website, click on your phone number, buttons just above the graph.

Ta but....

Nope only button above the graph is "change" and the doesn't have interleaving anywhere if I click it. The other buttons are there below with Kill LNS, Kill BT (Oh I wish) etc but nowt about itnerleaving.

that's where the interleaving options normally are. not sure why you haven't got them though.

on 20CN the interleave change option is not on the control panel. Want me to get it turned off?

Ahhh at least I know i'm not going mad, please Shaun that'd be great

Just seen Shauns post above i'm on 20cn it's not on the control panel for 20cn lines, nevermind Shauns offered to get it switched off, what service and on a sunday too....

just sent order off to BT but it takes one working day so will be off Tuesday now.
