You pick some items up and some not then, as I've seen others & I personally have done this on previous threads and no one has bleeted.

WelI finally had a slight flurry to 2.5M but now back to 1.5M - showing as OR Appointment Required, can someone let me know what this means?

It means that AAISP need to set up a visit with BT Openreach to look at your line.
