With Regards this BT thread, my client is looking to get a second ADSL line provisioned at their premises.

They currently have a BT Broadband line which is likely to stay as it is running an important service on the IP address.

The suggested course of action is:

New phone line installed with BE (or other) LLU on.

We have a Vigor 2820 here which can support dual-WAN and so will plug the BE line into this as well.

Once live on BE, the current services on the BT line can be moved over to BE and then this line migrated to another suitable platform running over BT for resilience.

Could someone let me know if you guys are able to manage the entire supply including having a line installed at the premises and, if so, prices for doing so.

We will look to use 20GB/Month Peak or so and probably the same off-peak.
