voip porting charges

I'm trying to work out what the setup and ongoing standing charges are for porting 1 main number + 10 number DDI block (only 5 of the 10 are actually used).

So far my calculations from http://www.aaisp.co.uk/telecoms-prices.html come to:

porting charge: 6 (1 + 5, due to blocks of 5 or more treated as 5 numbers clause) * £15
setup: 11 * £1.18
ongoing standing charge: 11 * £1.18pcm

inital total: £102.98
ongoing per month total: £12.98

Does this look right?

Your maths looks correct to me. Working it out I get the same values.
