Problems migrating to Fibre

[link to this post]

Hi,

I'm having problems with my Fibre migration to AAISP. The AAISP control panal says my order has been cancelled, and has now been re-submitted 3 times and also cancelled 3 times.

Now I'm stuck as what I should do, everything suggests I can get fibre but for some reason it is obviously not going through. Whats worse is I've just paid my migration fee despite the fact my order continues to be cancelled, I'm now concerned I will soon start paying my monthly fee.

I don't want to be paying for something I don't have, and then chasing money back if they cannot provide the service. But likewise I don't want to demand my money back if this is totally normal and I just need to be patient.

What do I do?

if the BT Line Checker indicates you can get fibre on your line then I'd say phone up AAISP, nothing else you can do I'm afraid.

The problem is that BT have changed some of the XML character lengths for things like "site access" without telling us and no proper error messages so when we were placing the orders they were just failing. It should be sorted now but if you PM me your details I will take a look and see whether we can get the order expedited.

Shaun

I think we have sorted all the problems with failed FTTC orders, I will get our sales teams to contact all affected customers confirming what dates BT have come back with.

Apologies for the delays

Thank you Shaun! I've just had a look on the control panel and everything looks good, it would have been rejected by now on past trends!
