Can some please help who uses the above app with A&A?
I have the app setup on wife's Iphone, I can make outgoing calls on it and they connect.
The strange thing is no incoming calls are coming through on the app, my old phone connected to the Vodafone router rings through, bought around 4 years ago and is cordless but as far as I know not IP and even if it was, I have put no settings in.
I have followed the instructions on this page
https://support.aa.net.uk/VoIP_Phones_-_Acrobits and the only thing I have not done is enabled the push notification.
On the main screen, "Incoming Calls", I have tried two, Push Notification, Standard, not the do not disturb and app does not ring
On the account setting screen for incoming calls, I have tried global and standard but still not calls to the app.
any help gratefully received.
