BQM - Review

I've setup a few BQM over the years but recently noticed that the results I get are very different.

We use our connection a lot throughout the day and this is normally reflected in the graph, as expected but this time it seems not.

Does the BQM look normal to you and why isn't our recent activity being reflected in the graph?

A Latency of 2ms seems very low - where is you connection located?

How did you get the IP address you have used? IS there a possibility that it is incorrect?

I got my IP from whatsmyip and from my router, all is correct...

My connection is SKY Unlimited with a Billion 7800n router plus the SamKnows Whitebox...

This is very odd as its very low and even when using my connection flat out, the BQM doesn't show this in any way....

Can anyone explain why this is happening?

I've tried setting up new BQM's but the same happens, my IP is correct and I can't think of anything else which could be causing this

Can you post the first 3 octets of the IP?

I.e 2.53.23.x - leaving the last one out. This should let us see if you're adding the right IP.

That is a Three mobile broadband IP. The low latency suggests it is some sort of device in the network, which if they use NAT - would tally.

Do you have any sort of device also connected to the computer which would mean the traffic goes via that network?

I'm totally lost....

The only way traffic would go via my mobile is by Tethering and I am 100% sure I'm not tethering....

My PC is connected to my Router via HomePlugs.... Ah! Wait a second! I've just realised what I've done - I think!

I setup the BQM via my mobile and must have had Wi-Fi switched off, hence the traffic is going via the cell...

Let me go away and see if I'm correct.....

If your hostname ends with something related to Three, it is wrong. Something related to Sky, it is correct.
