Hi
I'm a virgin customer on the 150 meg broad band.
For the last 3 weeks I have been experiencing high pings at around 8pm every night.
I've called them up and the have tried to suggest it's my PC and there is nothing wrong with the line at all.
It didn't add up so I used the ping quality monitor to see what was going on.
Now for the last 3 days I haven't used my internet for anything other than streaming one 45 min episode on Netflix at 7pm tonight. And this is the graph.
What is going on with the line?
