Preamble
We have two business ADSL connections with Plusnet following an unsuccessful attempt to install fibre (we're too far from the cabinet for fibre to work). These are connected via netgear modems which are load balanced through an accompanying netgear switch. We are a small business with 3 wired connections, 1 wireless connection and ad-hoc wireless users (mobiles etc).
Connection speed/real-world usability has deteriorated from poor to unusable.
We have a catalogue of BTW speedtest screenshots showing speeds of 0-14Mb down, 0.1-1.5Mb up and ping latency between 0's and 00's of ms.
Plusnet say there is no problem with the line and are asking for an unfeasible amount of logged BTW speedtests. The situation is exacerbated by BTW not displaying the IP being tested and us not being able to direct traffic with the required granularity.
My request
So, your opinion on the two TBB connection monitors please:
