Unusual packet loss spike through the day

[link to this post]
I seem to be getting some unusual packet loss spikes at very specific periods of time. I have tried rebooting and i'm still getting the same thing happening. I dont feel like there is any issue with my speeds they are always very consistant i am just wondering what is causing these anomalys on my graphs?. I'm currently with Aquiss 80/20

Could be some timed process on a device that downloads or uploads and thus impacts latency for a short while
