Hi Guys, new to the forums.
Been having some bother with Virgin the last few weeks with my SH3 as I have been getting random issues with line speed, drop-outs, high latency on my Vivid 350 Virgin connection. They came out on Saturday after 3 weeks as the originally claimed it was a network issue in my postcode to run some checks and advised me that it was down to a SH3 firmware issue on some of the hubs so replaced it but it does still not feel 100% right so I wanted someone to take a look and tell me what they think.
